Niniejsza Polityka prywatności oraz Polityka cookies (zwana dalej „Polityka prywatności i plików cookies”) strony https://natalialach.pl/ , zwana dalej Stroną internetową, określa zasady przetwarzania i ochrony danych osobowych przekazanych przez Użytkowników w związku z korzystaniem przez nich z usług oferowanych na Stronie internetowej. Henryka Hubertusa Jabłońskiego 24, 80-766 Gdańsk, zarejestrowaną w Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej, posługująca się nr NIP 6311985426 i nr REGON 369018570, zwaną dalej Administratorem
  2. Strona internetowa – serwis dostępny pod adresem https://natalialach.pl/
  3. Użytkownik – każdy podmiot, który przegląda zawartość Strony.
  4. RODO – Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE

2. Dane osobowe

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych Użytkownika w rozumieniu RODO jest Administrator.
  2. Użytkownik może przekazywać swoje dane osobowe Administratorowi za pomocą formularza kontaktowego dostępnego na Stronie internetowej.
  3. Dane Osobowe Użytkowników przetwarzane są na podstawie zgody wyrażanej przez Użytkownika oraz w przypadkach, w których Administrator jest upoważniony do przetwarzania danych osobowych na podstawie przepisów prawa lub w celu realizacji zawartej pomiędzy stronami umowy.
  4. Dane osobowe przekazywane Administratorowi przez Użytkownika w ramach formularza kontaktowego przetwarzane są w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na zapytanie Użytkownika i przesłania Użytkownikowi przez administratora jego własnych informacji handlowych. Podanie danych osobowych przez Użytkownika jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne, by Użytkownik mógł skorzystać z formularza kontaktowego. Przetwarzanie danych odbywa się tylko i wyłącznie za zgodą Użytkownika, którą Użytkownik może wyrazić w formularzu.
  5. Administrator gwarantuje poufność wszelkich przekazanych mu danych osobowych.
  6. Dane osobowe są gromadzone z należytą starannością i odpowiednio chronione przed dostępem przez osoby do tego nieupoważnione, a ich przetwarzanie odbywa się zgodnie oraz na warunkach określonych szczegółowo w:
    1. Rozporządzeniu Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE
    2. ustawie z dnia 18 lipca 2002 o świadczenie usług drogą elektroniczną
  7. Użytkownikowi przysługują prawa określone w aktach prawnych, o których mowa w § 2 pkt.7, w tym w szczególności :
    1. prawo dostępu do danych
    2. prawo do poprawienia danych
    3. prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych
    4. prawo do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych
    5. prawo do usunięcia danych (tzw. prawo do bycia zapomnianym)
    6. prawo do przenoszenia danych

3. Gromadzone informacje

  1. Podczas korzystania przez Użytkownika ze Strony internetowej automatycznie zbierane są dane dotyczące użytkownika. Do tych danych zalicza się: adres IP, nazwa domeny, typ przeglądarki, typ systemu operacyjnego. Dane te mogą być zbierane przez pliki cookies (tzw. ciasteczka) oraz system Google Analytics, a także mogą być zapisywane w logach serwera.
  2. Pliki cookies (tzw. ciasteczka) to pliki wysyłane do komputera lub innego urządzenia (np. laptop, smartfon, tablet) Użytkownika podczas przeglądania Strony internetowej. Pliki cookie zapamiętują preferencje Użytkownika, co umożliwia podnoszenie jakości świadczonych usług, poprawianie wyników wyszukiwania i trafności wyświetlanych informacji oraz śledzenie preferencji użytkownika.
  3. Użytkownik może zrezygnować z cookies, wybierając odpowiednie ustawienia w używanej przez siebie przeglądarce stron www. W takiej sytuacji korzystanie ze Strony internetowej przez Użytkownika może być utrudnione.
  4. Zgodę na przechowywanie lub uzyskiwanie dostępu do cookies przez Administratora na jego urządzeniu Użytkownik wyraża za pomocą ustawień przeglądarki zainstalowanej na urządzeniu Użytkownika.
  5. Użytkownik może usunąć istniejące pliki cookies z urządzenia, korzystając z odpowiednich funkcji przeglądarki internetowej, programy służące w tym celu lub skorzystanie z odpowiednich narzędzi dostępnych w ramach systemu operacyjnego, z którego korzysta Użytkownik.
  6. Korzystanie ze Strony internetowej wiąże się z przesłaniem zapytań do serwera, na którym przechowywana jest Strona internetowa. Każde takie zapytanie jest zapisywane w logach serwera. Logi obejmują m.in.: adres IP Użytkownika, datę i czas logowania do serwera, informacje o używanej przeglądarce internetowej i systemie operacyjnym.
  7. Dane zapisane w logach serwera nie są łączone w żaden sposób z konkretnymi podmiotami korzystającymi ze Strony internetowej i nie są wykorzystywane przez Administratora w celu identyfikacji Użytkownika. Logi serwera służą do administrowania Stroną internetową, a ich zawartość nie jest ujawniania nikomu poza osobami upoważnionymi do administrowania serwerem.

4. Cel wykorzystania danych

Dane podane przez Użytkownika lub zbierane automatycznie Administrator wykorzystuje w celu:

  1. prawidłowego funkcjonowania, konfiguracji, bezpieczeństwa Strony internetowej,
  2. monitorowania stanu sesji,
  3. dostosowania wyświetlanych informacji do preferencji użytkownika lub analiz, badań i audytu wyświetleń Strony internetowej,
  4. a także w celach statystycznych i marketingowych.

5. Postanowienia końcowe

Present Privacy policy and Cookies policy (hereinafter referred to as „Privacy and Cookies policy”) of natalialach.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website, defines the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users in conjuncion with their use of services offered at the Website. It also outlines the  type, scope and methods of use of cookies and User’s rights and  responsibilities.

  1. The data controller of the User’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is the Administrator.
  2. The User may transfer his personal data to the Administrator via the contact form available on the Website.
  3. Users’ Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
